  • Responsibilities

    ATPCO is the standard setter in the airline fares ecosystem, we take pride in strengthening connections between airlines and travelers by enabling the seamless management of airfare data across all distribution models.

    • Experience with laptop configuration, operating system upgrades and laptop imaging
    • Responsible for hardware configuration and maintenance
    • Responsible for hardware and software problem determination and resolution
    • Provide AV equipment support (including microphones, mixers, speakers, projectors) for ATPCO events
    • Setup, maintain and provide end user support for video conferencing equipment
    • Work with end users to determine requirements for technical support at events and setup equipment and supporting services, operate equipment during event
    • Work with internal stakeholders to define and allocate AV technology requirements
    • Occasional overtime work might be required for event support
    • Evaluate, recommend, setup and support live streaming options for company meetings and online events
    • Responsible for hardware configuration and maintenance
    • Responsible for hardware and software problem determination and resolution
    • Assist with automation procedures for Asset Management, PC Deployment and Software Patch Deployment
    • Keeps abreast of emerging technologies, tools, deployment processes and proposes/implements feasible solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of desktop support services at ATPCO.
    • Experience with laptop configuration, operating system upgrades and laptop imaging

    Education:      

    • Minimum qualifications include a Bachelors or Associate Degree in IT-related field of study.

    Required Skills/Experience:   

    • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a Technology Helpdesk support role
    • Sound knowledge of Audio-Visual equipment operation and support
    • Experience with hardware support and video conferencing equipment
    • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal with good organizational skills that drive transparency through project work and proliferates information and knowledge share in an effective manner.
    • Excellent planning skills with the ability to demonstrate mature, solid and professional problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-starter. Capable of creative and innovative thought and the ability to progress ideas
    • Ability to work independently with a low threshold of oversight and support.

    Desired Skills/Experience:        

    • Experience with RingCentral and or Zoom for online meetings and video conferencing
    • Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
    • Experience with Office 365
