    • Onsite analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop problems for end users with minimal downtime
    • Perform quality work on all service requests/incidents with focus on customer satisfaction
    • Recommend ways to automate resolution of commonly addressed issues or request
    • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365 and other Enterprise Applications and tools
    • Configure, support and optimize performance for remote user VDIs
    • Automate tracking of outdated software versions installed on machines and push out upgrades as needed
    • Request and coordinate external vendor support when needed
    • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
    • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment
    • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with workstation performance/connectivity/hardware/software
    • Manage image and patch deployment using centralized enterprise desktop management systems like Microsoft SCCM
    • Familiarize end users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operation
    • Operate within desktop standards and guidelines
    • Develop sound understanding of desktop operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
    • Recommend process improvements and efficiency tools to improve team productivity and reduce ticket response time
    • Meet defined Help Desk Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements
    • Other duties as required


    • Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
    • 2+ years of experience with PC support in a Windows environment

    Required Skills/Experience:                

    • Operate with minimal supervision
    • Operate effectively in a work environment with both technical and nontechnical users
    • Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
    • In-depth experience with Windows Operation System and desktop support/maintenance
    • Detailed knowledge of best practices for imaging and application packaging
    • Mobile device management experience including various mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
